What the Moldova company registry is
The Moldovan company registry, formally the State Register of Legal Entities (Registrul de Stat al Unităților de Drept), is the official corporate registry of the Republic of Moldova. Every registered company, an SRL, an SA, an II, or another legal form, has an entry recording its denomination, its IDNO, its legal form, its registered address, its administrators, and its beneficial owners. The registry is maintained by ASP, the Public Services Agency (Agenția Servicii Publice), which also operates the name-reservation and registration counters.
