    Berlin SaaS scales engineering into Moldova IT Park, MITP placement and twenty-two hires in a year.

    A Series-A B2B SaaS firm needed to scale engineering from twelve to forty without taking on Berlin-rate salaries. Tallinn was option A; Lisbon option B; Chișinău emerged late. The MITP 7% turnover regime, the senior dev pool, the time-zone overlap, and the cost made it the right call. We structured the Moldovan subsidiary, secured MITP residency, opened EUR + MDL banking at Maib, and coordinated investor residence permits for two non-EU senior hires.

    Italian textile manufacturer sets up FEZ production in Bălți, DCFTA-tariff-free shipping into Germany.

    An €18M Lombardy textile firm faced energy-cost pressure and EU-customer lead-time penalties. Closing Italian production was off the table; adding a Moldovan FEZ production line was on. We set up the Moldovan SRL as FEZ resident, structured the cut-make-trim contract with the Italian parent, secured VAT suspension on raw-material imports for re-export, and managed BMA filings for two Italian production managers relocating to oversee setup.

    Origin, Kyiv

    03

    Kyiv fintech relocates operations to Chișinău under wartime conditions, twenty-two staff resettled in six months.

    A pre-war €3M ARR Kyiv payments firm needed operational continuity from early 2022. We structured a Moldovan SRL with Ukrainian-national founders via POA (founders did not have to leave Ukraine to incorporate), coordinated enhanced due diligence on bank account opening, arranged employment-based residence for eighteen staff, and managed the licensing review with CNPF on payments-adjacent activity classification.
